Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Solids application and related services (the "Service"), provided by Uri Rozen ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Solids provides informational tools to help caregivers introduce solid foods and track feeding progress. The Service is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for guidance about your child. If you suspect an allergic reaction or any medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have authority to enter into these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or breach security;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service;
  • circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Uri Rozen and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

6. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Subscriptions & Renewals

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the payment provider used at checkout (see our Refund Policy).

8. Service Availability & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to Uri Rozen via the in-app support channel. Billing and refund questions are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
